Equine Facilitated Education and Therapy

Equine Facilitated Education and Therapy (EFET) is a term used for learning and development through - or with the help of - horses.

For people who really want to be with horses, they provide, therefore, a good learning environment; what is taught and learned with and on horses can be transferred into an individuals ability to do things that are needed for more independent living. Motivation created by horses and Transferrable skills teaching lie at the heart of successful EFET.
